Gaëlle Freer

Gaëlle Freer, a native Parisienne, was born in Neuilly-Sur-Seine,

a suburb of Paris, France, and raised in New York. Gaëlle retired

from public education after thirty-nine years of teaching high

school-level English and writing.

During her lengthy career which included

positions in New York, Key West, Florida,

and Missouri, she served as a district leader,

department, and committee chairperson for a

variety of educational committees as well as vol-

unteer organizations, in addition to her classroom

responsibilities.

These experiences helped her develop a variety of skills in the

areas of multitasking, organizing, interpersonal relationships,

and creating networking opportunities—skills that will be used

to assist writers.
